I thought the usual process was consultation with the manager - doctor - manager, but I had consultation with the doctor - manager instead. As soon as the doctor came in, he looked at my face, complimented other areas, and when I said I had come for a nose consultation, he looked at my face again and said it was because my nose was wide. He used a lot of English during the consultation, searched the terms on Google while using English, and explained each surgical method really well. At first he said we should just bind the cartilage and shave a little off the hump, but when I said I also wanted to improve the bluntness of my side profile, he said we should use ear cartilage. The atmosphere of the consultation was very comfortable, so I was able to say everything I was worried about. I was also worried about the front canthus, so when I asked, "Should we widen the front a bit more?" he said it had been opened a little rounder at the previous clinic, which was a little on my mind, but if we opened it more, the eye could look too close-set, so he told me not to do it. He seems to prefer natural-looking results, and his aesthetic sense matched mine perfectly. When I said it was my first consultation, he told me to go around to a few more clinics first. I still need to visit more places and ask more questions, and I remembered more things after the consultation ended, so I think I'll go for one more consultation here before deciding. The consultation was really thorough and long, and even the manager came into the consultation room. I strongly recommend going in for a consultation.
