Overall, I felt they were kind. The doctor is really kind. I loved that they only told me exactly what I was worried about and what actually needed surgery. I told them about the line I wanted, and they said clearly what could and couldn't be done. They recommended an epicanthoplasty and upper canthoplasty because of my Mongolian fold. I was told that if I put down a pre-reservation deposit and didn't fix the date, the entire deposit would be refunded. I don't really know if the manager was rude or not? I waited less than I expected. They did call a lot before I went, but other than that it was good.
