I was reading the review below and honestly thought I had written it. The director is cheerful and kind, but the consultation manager has a terrible attitude, seriously. I was so uncomfortable that I almost canceled if it hadn't been for the deposit. The consultation was not professional either. They know less than we do after all the research we do ourselves. And the hospital itself also feels a bit lacking in things like testing.
