I had revision surgery, and I liked that the doctor didn't do overtreatment and clearly said no when something wasn't possible. It's been 2 years now, and I have no side effects, which is good. But I think the doctor's preferred style is to lower the philtrum a lot. They didn't say they would lower the philtrum a lot, but the surgery ended up making it lower. Still, I like it, so it's fine If you don't like a long philtrum, keep that in mind.
