I have a decent amount of volume, but after gaining and losing weight once, I became dissatisfied with the shape and went in. The consultant was kind, but the doctor was so mechanical—or perhaps unfriendly. I was quite taken aback when the doctor said, almost as if it were ridiculous, that it couldn’t be done because I didn’t have enough fat, even though I weigh 60 kg. It would have been nice if the doctor had explained in detail why I didn’t have enough fat. There is an alternative procedure, though. It lasts a year and is expensive, but it may be worth considering for people who cannot have fat grafting and do not want implants.
