I wish the director had consulted me more. They did touch my nose directly and explain things professionally, but the system is that you ask the manager about the detailed questions, so that felt a little strange and disappointing. There was only one director, and before the procedure they explained in great detail where and how they would inject, and what effect it would have, which I liked. They were kind. I’d heard nose wing Botox was notoriously painful, so I went in absolutely terrified, but it wasn’t that bad. Tears did trickle down, but it was nowhere near unbearable. I’m not sure about the Botox effect, and as for nose sculpting...
