I had a consultation and surgery here about 10 years ago and was fairly satisfied, so I'm puzzled by the current rating. Of course the staff have probably all changed, so the rating is meaningless, but Director Shin was kind and meticulous from consultation through surgery, and post-op follow-up was fine too. I still hear that my nose is pretty. I only had a consultation with the director who does eyes, but I do remember their attitude being a bit unpleasant.
