Even though I wanted a natural look for the eyes, they kept only recommending incisional surgery, which was disappointing. I went to another hospital and got it done with an embedded method. It gave the impression that they only do surgeries with uniform shapes. For the nose, they said I would need silicone to get the shape I wanted. However, they did not recommend surgery; they just said it might be better not to do it, so I felt they were ethical.
