It was a KakaoTalk consultation, so I couldn't meet the director in person. There weren't many emoticons in the text consultation, so it felt somewhat stiff. I'm in my 40s, and after they had already finalized everything like the type of consultation, surgery date, consultation fee, consultation date, how I found them, and contact information and I was about to say goodbye and close the chat, they suddenly asked my age and gender and said they don't do consultations for people in their 40s or older, so I was completely shocked......
