The person who counseled me spoke honestly. They said my face was not the kind that would get a dramatic effect even with surgery, and pointed out the part of my face that was currently the biggest problem. I liked that they recommended surgical methods without pushing unnecessary sales. The doctor also seems to have a lot of surgical experience, which seems good.
