It was 4-5 years ago for the filler, and about 2 years ago for the Botox. Back then, the staff at the counter were busy talking among themselves, and I don't really remember them being friendly. I went with a friend for the Botox, and while sitting next to them during the consultation, I saw the consultation monitor and couldn't understand why they wrote down my job..; Both the filler and Botox were just average, and at that time they said they would let you verify the product used right in front of you on the site and then do the procedure, but that didn't actually happen.
