I had surgery 10 years ago. I didn't feel that they were unfriendly or rude. Also, the kind of confident tone and attitude somehow gave me more trust. Before surgery, I sat on the operating table and had the shape adjusted dozens of times, and they also had the patient confirm it before proceeding, which made me feel more at ease. I'm satisfied with the surgery and it has settled in well even now.
