The consulting manager was really terrible. They had zero professionalism and pressured me for a deposit, saying that if I did not book today, I could not get the surgery.. The doctor was somewhat better, but even that was only a formal kind of kindness. It did not feel like they were especially paying attention to me. As a result, both arms were suctioned asymmetrically, and even though it has been 3 years since the surgery, I still have BioBond and lumpiness, and the incision marks are still there. I did not know better back then and went through with it, but if I could go back, I would not do it here.
