Sigh............. I had protruding ear surgery, and other people asked if I had been forced into it, why my ears were bent, and so on, to the point that even strangers would look at my ears as something unusual, so I suffered a lot mentally. In the end, I had revision surgery at another hospital. If you’re going to have surgery, please look into it carefully.
