The director was really kind first of all. I was a little surprised because I hadn’t even explained in detail what I wanted or my needs, but he understood them. And since they said I’d visit the hospital about three times to check the progress, it seems thorough, and in many ways the consultation was kind and they seemed to speak honestly. But I couldn’t find many surgery reviews, so I’m still undecided.
