The doctor has a firm style, and since it's an eye-specialist hospital, I felt he has extensive knowledge and experience. The consultation was so clear that it almost felt a little short, but he gave straightforward answers. The manager was also extremely kind and was very good at empathizing with the parts I was worrying about, which gave me the feeling of a warm hospital.
