The director was excellent at getting straight to the facts, and when I asked questions, they firmly said when something was incorrect information. Because of that, they explained my eye condition and the different surgical methods very well, and I liked that they repeatedly explained why something would not be effective and told me they did not recommend it. The manager also felt like a kind aunt I knew, and was very friendly, so I could ask everything I wanted and consult comfortably. Both the director and the manager gave me a thorough, kind consultation, so I felt good even when I left the clinic. I also liked that they did not pressure me for a reservation deposit, so I am putting this clinic on my final list and thinking about surgery.
