They were truly legendary-level kind. I don't think they need to be overly kind, but I do want them to at least not make me uncomfortable, and from the staff to the director, everyone was so kind that the space itself felt comfortable. They checked carefully from whether I had what I wanted before the procedure to during the procedure, and kept giving me guidance, so I was extremely satisfied with that part. InMode FX in particular is very painful, but they kept talking to me in the middle, so I got so absorbed in listening to the explanation that time passed before I knew it, and I was able to get through the pain.
