My eyes came out so naturally that even people who know a bit about cosmetic surgery didn't notice. They just look like my own eyes, and everyone I meet says my eyes are pretty, so I'm happy. The doctor is older, but I trusted that he would have a lot of experience, and it was the right choice. He's a board-certified plastic surgeon with a lot of experience and even gives lectures, so I figured he would do well. The surgery method was buried, and my eyes are puffy, so I was really worried it would come undone. But the doctor said that none of the people he operated on had their double eyelids come undone, so it was fine, and that incisional surgery recovers more slowly, so buried was better. During surgery, a little fat above my eyes was removed and the buried method was used. I also wanted inner corner surgery and a nose surgery together, but during the consultation the doctor told me not to do it. He said it would be better and more natural to just do the double eyelids, so I listened to him and I think that was the right call. He doesn't try to add all sorts of extras and gives honest advice. The price isn't bad either. Also, there is no consultation manager here. The main nurse is the one who briefly asks what you'll be doing, and the main consultation continues with the doctor. I liked that too. I tend to avoid hospitals that have consultation managers. I had two consultations and had the surgery on the second one. If I remember correctly, it wasn't under general anesthesia but local anesthesia. The doctor and nurses are not exactly the warmest people, but if you think of it as an old neighborhood plastic surgery clinic, they are very skilled and experienced. The doctor and nurses may seem unfriendly and stubborn, but if you're looking for something natural and a place that's not far from home, this could actually be a good choice.
