The manager was incredibly kind and explained a lot of examples. They also explained things like facial balance and various situations from different angles, and the facility seemed pretty decent. The director also clearly explained the eye-related points I needed to know. And I really like the aftercare part, and the manager also showed me everything properly to match our eye example, so I'm torn!
