The director felt too stern, and it didn’t feel like they were leading the surgery. It felt like I was being scolded the whole time.. I’m not sure. The consultation manager talked about personal stuff for too long and somehow seemed to analyze things even more than the director..? The director gave me a choice between two options, but it was unclear, so I think I’ll need to go consult at a few other places too. The price was the highest.
