I decided to get buried sutures for double eyelids for 600,000 won. It was my first cosmetic procedure, and because I’m afraid of injections, I wasn’t confident I could tolerate the pain of local anesthesia, so I asked for sedation anesthesia and added 100,000 won for the anesthesia fee, making it 700,000 won. I didn’t have much fat in my eyelids, so they went straight into buried sutures without removing fat. No eye correction, no canthoplasty either. Maybe because it was buried sutures, the swelling went down fairly quickly, and now no one can tell I had double eyelid surgery... haha. I asked for an in-line shape with the line set a bit high. The result was satisfying. My eyes used to be a bit uneven, but after the double eyelid surgery they became much more symmetrical than before.. (I often take photos of myself with my camera, so I see my face very plainly.) They stitched my eyes neatly too, and honestly the doctor felt a little blunt and awkward, but he seemed to prioritize safety over pushing cosmetic procedures, and he answered questions well, so I thought he was fine. I guess that was just his naturally careful personality,,
