It's hard to describe the director's friendliness, but rather than being unfriendly, it felt more like the owner of a neighborhood beauty salon? They speak casually, and there’s a cigarette smell and that sort of thing. I’ve only had Botox done, and there haven’t been any particular problems, and they did it carefully, so I was satisfied. The clinic structure is that they use one procedure room inside another hospital, and they operate as a cafe business without a website, so I found it a bit off that I couldn’t find the director’s real name or career history. The inside of the procedure room also had boxes piled up, so that felt a bit off too.
