It's been four years since I had a non-implant rhinoplasty here. Seriously, absolutely nobody can tell that I've had nose surgery... Except my boyfriend knows (because my nose is so stiff I absolutely can't make a pig nose). It turned out so natural that nobody can tell unless they touch it. No side effects, and there is no scar at all where my nose was incised. They said a white linear scar would remain, but even in natural light it can't be seen. One slight regret is wondering how it would have looked with a half-upturned profile… I think the reason it looks natural is that they shape the columella round here. But my nose became a little longer… because the columella was brought out If I could go back, I wish I had made the nose a little shorter and added more curve… Sometimes I wonder whether I would have gotten a more aesthetically beautiful nose if I had gone to a board-certified plastic surgeon… Of course, compared with my old nose, it is definitely better even now, and since I've been living without any major problems, I guess I'll just be satisfied and keep going.
