I had nose surgery about 9 years ago, and now my nose is crooked, the tip cartilage was done with nasal septal cartilage, and the area where it joins the silicone looks unnatural and noticeable... The nose itself was raised only a little so it looks natural, but because of the crooked nose I’m suffering from rhinitis. I’m looking into getting rhinitis surgery and removing the silicone at the same time... It’s been quite a long time, so I don’t know what it’s like now, but I do not recommend it.
