The director is the worst of the worst. The staff changes every time I go. They say they did heat treatment or took photos and then didn't, and the photos were supposedly taken because you guys talk so much, and if you don't like it then don't do it. I lived abroad, and there they explained how many units were needed and at what depth it would go in, and even checked the genuine product right in front of me, so I thought that was how it should be done. So I carefully asked, 'Is it genuine?' He suddenly got angry and told me to leave. As a consumer, I was just asking because I was curious about what goes into my body. I said sorry if it offended him, but why react that way? He said he had no intention of helping me, told me to leave, opened the door, and went back to his seat. It was truly absurd and unbelievable... I was still a customer who came all the way there, so I couldn't believe he could act like that. Not doing something that should be done is bad enough, but just from the fact that the staff keeps changing, you can tell he has zero social skills, and he's not even a specialist, so I don't understand what kind of service he thinks he can provide with that personality and manner.
