The appointment was at 12, but I arrived about 30 minutes late, so I waited about 30-40 minutes. I had also been informed over the phone that there would be about a 1-hour wait. The desk staff responded very kindly and softly. Consultation proceeded in the order of the head nurse-manager-director. I spent about 5 minutes consulting with the manager, and I brought photos of the eyes I wanted and showed them. I was left in the consultation room waiting about 20-25 minutes for the consultation with the director. The consultation with the director was very satisfying. After the director left, I waited another 10 minutes to consult with the manager again. The cost was average. I’m planning to consider surgery somewhere else.
