Yesterday I booked a consultation at exactly 11 o’clock to go clinic-hunting. I waited about 20 minutes, then had a consultation with the manager in the consultation room, and then waited for the director for about 45 minutes They said the surgery time had run long so I should wait 15 minutes, then said the consultation had run long so I should wait 15 more minutes, but he still didn’t come, so I went out. Then they said the director was going in now and apologized, sent me back in, and I waited 10 more minutes. The consultation was good because they matched everything to the kind of eyes I want, but right before the final consultation with the manager I almost had to wait again, so I just didn’t want to get surgery there... I also ended up postponing my next clinic appointment They didn’t pressure me to pay a deposit. There also seemed to be a lot of people coming in for procedures.
