I got Potenza, but I honestly can’t tell any effect at all. During the consultation, it felt like they were recommending too many different procedures. When they were applying anesthesia, some parts of my face had not been coated at all, so I asked about it, and they said that was normal (?) then checked again and applied it properly to everything... If I hadn’t said anything, I would have gotten it with parts completely untreated. The procedure itself wasn’t insanely painful. I don’t know the staff member’s name.
