First of all, the counseling manager was so kind that I really liked that. The doctor also pointed out only the surgeries that were actually necessary and said clearly that some things were not necessary, which I liked even more. I was at a hospital for consultations for the first time and didn't ask much, so that was a little disappointing, but overall it was a really good clinic!
