I'm a man, and I went for consultations with Director Lee Byeong-hui for nose surgery and Director Seo Beom-shin for cheekbone surgery. Director Seo Beom-shin looked at the CT and photos and honestly said the contouring would not be effective, then sent me back. The consultation was cheerful the whole time and I liked that there was no overtreatment. He also advised me to practice smiling a lot. Director Lee Byeong-hui said I did not have much septal cartilage, so he recommended autologous costal cartilage. It seemed like he prefers autologous costal cartilage the most. He said that if I do hump osteotomy and use autologous costal cartilage for the tip, my nose would improve a lot, and he seemed confident.
