I arrived on time for my appointment, and after about 30 minutes I was able to meet the chief director. The first thing I was told was that the surgeon had gone into an operation, so I would have to wait another hour; I was extremely upset by their attitude and tone when they said that the other surgeons were also unavailable because of their surgery schedules, and by the fact that there wasn’t a single apology. Both patients and hospitals value time equally. It was a place that even basic manners were lacking, so the time I spent going there felt so wasted. I never even got to meet the doctor, so I gave it an average score.
