I made an appointment right at opening time, so the wait was short. I first consulted with the counseling manager, then with Dr. ㅇㅂㅎ, but since it was a revision surgery, I asked about various things, especially the height. Even after I explained, he said, 'Do you even know what that height means?' and 'You wouldn’t understand even if I told you,' which made me feel bad. Then, in the middle of the consultation, he suddenly said he had surgery and hurried out before I could even finish asking my questions... I also took time out and went early in the morning, so I felt like my consultation did not matter at all. I spent more time talking with the counseling manager than with the surgeon, and because I wasn’t fully convinced, I did not go ahead and book the surgery.
