It was okay, not bad at all. It didn’t become completely flat, and there’s a somewhat awkward amount left, but I’m going to be satisfied and live with it. The director seems warm and kind But there was someone at the front desk or on the phone consultation who spoke with a straight face, and that made me feel a bit down at the time^^;
