The surgery itself was not bad, but the hospital was not kind. The aftercare was very disappointing: I had to pay to have my progress checked, lol. The consultation manager was kind and explained things well, but after surgery it was impossible to speak with her. During the doctor's consultation, when I asked a question, the doctor answered in an annoyed tone, so I was afraid to ask anything. I felt ignored because I was young (in my twenties). The counter employee was especially extremely rude—the tall one who looks like she had eye and nose surgery? After surgery, I wanted to ask the manager something, but they said she was unavailable and that I would have to wait seven hours, asking whether I had not said I wanted to see her before coming. I was so dumbfounded that I never want to do anything here again. The surgery turned out okay, but the unfriendly treatment made me feel bad throughout. If you want a place that will care for you after surgery or if something goes wrong, I absolutely do not recommend it.
