The consultation went in this order: manager - doctor - manager. I had made a reservation, but I waited a very long time. Almost 2 hours. I was disappointed that they didn’t explain the surgery in more detail. In the end, what matters is not only what surgery I need, but also what the surgery actually is and how it will be performed. Still, both the manager and the director were kind, and I liked how the director helped me relax. There was no pressure or anything like that. The cost was higher than I expected, but after consultations at other clinics, it wasn’t actually expensive.
