I went for an eye consultation and they said they were going to shape the line, but their hands were way too rough and it felt like they were just doing things carelessly. My eyes were even tingling numb; I could tell their hands weren't delicate or precise. It was my first eye surgery, and my eyes are fairly big and already had double eyelids, but they said I needed all the aggressive procedures like incisional surgery, removal of sagging skin, and fat repositioning. When I asked if it wouldn't look obvious, they said they couldn't guarantee it. I went in expecting a lot after reading reviews, but I was disappointed. I left feeling bad, and even my eyelids were tingling numb. I came out thinking this place is out.
