The first clinic I went to. I went with high expectations after reading many reviews, but it was more disappointing than I expected. 1. The director's cigarette smell They shaped the line, but their hands smelled like cigarettes. 2. The manager forcing reservations They kept pushing me to make a reservation, so I felt like I was being sold to lol 3. Chinese customers There were a lot of multicultural customers, and because of that I felt the professionalism was lacking.
