The consultation manager was very kind, listened carefully to my desired needs and situation, and then guided me in a customized way, which built trust. The explanations were also broken down in an easy-to-understand way, which reduced my anxiety, and I felt comfortable throughout the consultation. In particular, the facility was very spacious and pleasant, and the cleanliness management was thorough, so when I visited, I could clearly feel the neat and hygienic atmosphere.
