I had surgery using only the septum with no implant Right after surgery, from one week to one month, it was pretty and I liked it But at six months post-op, the tip of my nose has come down too much and it has become a bit of a hooked-nose shape I already had nasal asymmetry, but it definitely got worse after the nose surgery The columella inside my nose is completely hollow and sticks out a bit I was really worried they might do a proxy surgery, but while I was under sedation anesthesia I woke up and I was singing and moving too much during anesthesia, and I heard the head doctor getting annoyed If they had used silicone and raised it a lot, it wouldn't have matched my face and would have looked weird... I think this nose suits my face best at least... For 4 million won, the change was way too small... Later I'm going to get contouring, and if it's still disappointing then, I'll plan to use silicone and rib cartilage
