Because my nose was big, a high glabella made it look even bigger, but the director has a good aesthetic sense, so it seems to have turned out well. I’m satisfied. The consultation was extremely detailed, and the previous hospital didn’t know why my old nose was completely ruined, but he spotted it immediately from the photos and explained it to me. The tip is glamorous, but the glabella isn’t burdensome, and the shape of the tip is important, but he made the columella look pretty too. I didn’t have much columella, so I asked him to make it out as much as possible. I think this is the prettiest result I could get from my fat nose. I wanted autologous costal cartilage, so I had a CT scan, but because of calcification they used two donor ribs.
