For functional nose surgery, the director explained the parts that could realistically be improved and the parts that would not change much. He was not a gentle person, but he did explain things well. Still, the director seemed to have caught a cold or otherwise looked in very poor condition. He wrote things down in order while taking notes on what goes into the surgery, so it was easier to understand.
