I once went in for a consultation with the line I wanted. They told me realistically that it was a line that would be hard to achieve in my current condition, and as a result I ended up not getting nasal surgery. I was actually grateful that they were honest and said that if I trusted them, they would do their best, but it would be hard to create the exact line I wanted.
