I had consulted at several places and had only put this one on my list, not yet actually consulted, but because it was the year-end I went in urgently and booked right away. CCTV availability was important, and they said I could view it immediately if I requested it from the public health center. So I said okay for now, and as I’d heard, it was expensive. I wasn’t doing it because it was expensive at all; I already knew that going in, so I was mentally blank about it. The staff were friendly in a non-overwhelming, normal way. They didn’t force anything at all, and they matched the date and time I wanted. The consultant was also normally friendly, but the reply was a bit slow when I was trying to set the reservation time.
