I had under-eye fat repositioning and front cheek fat grafting surgery in July 2024, and I’m very satisfied with how I’m doing now. I was worried a lot that losing my aegyo-sal would make me look awkward, so I asked the director whether they could fat-graft the aegyo-sal too, but they said they do the surgery without touching the aegyo-sal, and that fat grafting would actually look unnatural, so they didn’t recommend it. I didn’t do it, and my original aegyo-sal has remained well, so I’m happy! The front cheek fat grafting felt nice and plump naturally for a few weeks after the procedure, but it disappeared quickly lol. I heard for the first time at another hospital that fat grafting has a second round, and I wish they had told me that here too? That’s my only regret. Both the director and the manager were kind. About two weeks after the surgery, I still had some heaviness around my eyes, so I asked the manager, and they answered kindly. That’s completely gone now, and I’m very satisfied.
