The doctor seemed professional, so I felt confident. They also explained my questions in detail. However, even though I had made a reservation and went there, I still had to wait more than 40 minutes. The staff were a little unfriendly, and the people at the front desk were talking among themselves very loudly, so it felt like the clinic’s system lacked professionalism, which was a bit disappointing.
