It was really hard to book, but both the phone consultation staff and the manager were unfriendly. The doctor was kind and had a clear method for surgery, saying clearly what could not be done and that he would only do this one thing. But the manager’s attitude was really... I didn’t even want to get into a power struggle, but she tried to make it one. I waited a long time for the consultation and came away really disappointed.
