I visited for a consultation because I wanted to remove nasal silicone. There wasn't a pre-meeting with the manager; the director consulted me right away.. He spoke in a rather relaxed way? He seemed tired, so at first I was a bit confused, but listening to him, he explained things thoroughly, showed photos, and explained different cases. If I had any questions, he waited until I could think of them, so I think I was able to ask everything.. I was really satisfied with the consultation!
