I had really wanted to get a consultation at this hospital because I found Chief Surgeon Seo's blog and the answers he posted on Q&A forums really helpful. When I went in for an actual consultation, the chief surgeon was indeed kind and explained things well. I got the impression that they try to do the surgery in a way that suits each patient as much as possible, so I think it would be good for people who fit that approach.
