At first, I usually got a consultation from the chief director first, but this time I went straight into a consultation with the director, and they were kind and explained things in a clear, detailed way, so it was easy to understand. They tried to reflect the patient's opinions as much as possible, and the atmosphere throughout the consultation was comfortable. I also finished the consultation comfortably with the chief director.
